      Thanks...I forgot about the extra points! Did you sign up online or are you going to the meetings?

      My friend recommneded stir-fry because of all the vegetables...she also said that sauce isn't usually that many points.

          Congrats on you losing your weight. I don't know about you, but the first and second week starting WW have been really tough for me. One mistake that I have made going into my second week on WW was that i didn't start out "measuring" to see if I've lost inches and not just watching the stupid scale all of the time. When I work out, and do cardio...I tend to gain muscle. So when I weigh myself, it will show that either I haven't lost any weight, or gained. In reality, I have probably just gained muscle. So measuring is just as important. Hope this helps!
          By the way, I have just recently posted a few recipes that I tried, and they were awesome!!!! You can also find some WW recipes onling and just google WW recipes.
