Lipton green tea from the tea isle of your local grocery store and walmart. I like it it is suppose to spead up metabolism for fat burning. There is a diet green tea that is suppose to clean your system. Some of my coworkers swear by it.

Green tea has a bunch of antioxidant compounds in it (also in black tea.) There's been some studies that suggest it may prevent the onset of cancer; it has been studied in stage I and II breast cancer and prostate cancer in mice. There's also been research on animals that show topical preparations containing green tea extract to protect the skin against photo-aging, inflammation, and skin cancer. Green tea, unless decaffeinated, does contain caffeine, which might explain the boost in energy. It also contains lots of vitamin K (found usually in green leafy vegetables such as spinach) which could be of concern if someone is taking a prescription medicine such as Coumadin (warfarin sodium.) Now, with all of that being said, I just like green tea ice cream. Anyone else have a pharmaceutical/herbal question? I'm studying for my boards to be licensed here in California, so this is kind of helping me review. :)

Mmmm, I love green tea! I'm sensitive to caffeine so it definitely gives me a jolt. My two favorites right now are Davidson's Lemon Green Tea w/Ginseng and Lipton's Green Tea w/Mandarin Orange (it comes in this cute little pyramid bag and it tastes great!!).

I love just about any type of flavored green tea. I just tried some w/mint at the coffee shop yesterday and it was delish!

I used to be a coffee snob, but it started to bother my stomach so I switched to tea. Now I'm a total tea snob!

You are all going to hate me after you read this.

I only drink tea out of a bag if I have no other options. Otherwise I only use loose leaf. I buy it from a tea cafe by my house. I like morrocan mint grean tea - lots of places have that (cbtl in cali has yum mint). My fav is this blalack tea with orange rind and red dates in it. In winter I love roobios.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
