Fake flowers. They looked very tacky!

Also, at one wedding I attended the groom got really drunk before the ceremony. He and the groomsmen actually drank from the alcohol reserved for the reception! I'm going to ask my fiance to keep drinking to a minimum until after ceremony and photos are finished.

It is something kind of out of your control but if it was my wedding I would've flipped out. When my FI sees me walking down the aisle I don't want him to be distracted by some other womans boobies.

We are having a sunset wedding at a private restaurant on the beach so hopefully we can avoid this kind of thing.
LMAO!!!! This made me literally laugh out loud!!

oh wow, *someone* is totally avoiding work!!

I went to the worst wedding EVER

1. They planned an outside wedding in Washington in April. Which is one of the most wet months of the year.

2. They had it in the back yard of the parents home, (which is fine) but they used PAPER for the aisle.. on grass.. white paper on grass

3. They had a yellow and pink balloon arch where they were going to stand.

4. When it started raining (SHOCK) they had to move everthing into the garage. There were not enough room for the chairs and the people. So they had to squish 50 people into the garage and everyone had to stand.

5. The balloon arch was too tall for the garage so it was loppsided and crooked

6. They had ONE big Subway sandwich and a sheet cake from Wal mart to feed 50+ people

7. The only seating they had in the garage was 2 of their old couches that they covered in white flowered sheets

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
