We booked our January 2010 rates through Sunquest back in February 2009.

I contacted A LOT of travel agents before I found someone who would work with me.

Even more frustrating was that back in January 2009 I emailed ROR asking for confirmation that we could have our wedding during the week we would be there. They responded back that they wouldn't be doing any bookings for the actual weddings until March 2009. The first week of March I emailed them and there was only 3 timeslots left to have my wedding, and I had already paid!

It's all working out now, but it definately took a bit of work to secure a wedding date. I can't say that I'm totally happy that we are flying down on Sunday and not getting married until the Friday, but cest la vie!

      Good luck.

I am in the same boat you are! I want to book my june 2010 wedding there, but they told me as well that rates wont be out till early fall/late summer! Do you think they would give us an extension cause we cant officially reserve our wedding date until we book the rooms??
