oh that will be nice Sarah! yeah it is American Thanskgiving and my TA says they will book to capacity...but if it is just you and your FI, you can always reserve early if you want to do it around that time

December and January will be more expensive! In general, from my understanding, they are pretty much always booked up so it might not matter!

Jess! It looks like I will be seeing you at Dreams! haha. That's great you have 34 booked already. I really hope to be getting a 'dream' (reasonably priced) AI quote soon so I can start to relax!! :)

mayanbride, let me know if you need my TA's info or the pricing I got - I'm sure it will be similar pricing for us since our guests will be there probably the same nights

Hey Jess! Yes we'll have to meet...!! I would imagine our pricing would be diff. since you're booking from the US. Thanks for offering I'm a little curious!! However, it's interesting to me b/c I was told that regardless of where you're from in North America prices for the end of 09' only come out around March. Did you book a 7 night AI flight & resort combo.?

That wasn't my experience - we locked in our prices for 11-09 in December 08.

oh yeah I didn't do flights and hotel since everyone was coming in from different places...we just did hotel only rates and we booked in January for November

Very interesting. I want to do a flight and hotel bundle b/c I'll save a lot of money, or so i've been told. Did you book on a website like obitz or did you book with a TA and get a block of rooms. I'm looking at AI package deals which are limiting as to how long you have to stay ans when you have to depart. SO i agree with how you've done it. My goal is to have everyone pay no more than $1600 CAD. I'm starting to consider other TAs now. I didn't even have access to prices last Dec/Jan.

smith... did you do the same? Just book hotel and then book flight?
