I just made an order of 125 pieces and shipping was $24. Considering the prices of stuff, I think its definitely worth the shipping costs. Even with shipping stuff worked out to cost $0.89 each, way cheaper than anywhere i've seen in the gta, and you can get everything you want :)

Thanks for the heads up! I'm gonna try to swing by today... are you in Vancouver? If so, which location did you find them at? I'm thinking of checking out the Ardene at Queensboro...

  • 2 weeks later...

I'm having a rather small wedding. So far only 10 adults and 3 kids. Possibly another 4 adults and another 3 kids coming. So I really don't need much. I'm also quite last minute as we're getting married in January. I'd really really like to get some mugs and get them personalized. Is there any way to get things personalized other than ordering them that way? It's just so expensive for so few mugs....does anyone else have any ideas?

What some gals have done is just to get some mugs from a local store, and then purchase clear waterproof labels to put on them.  You can print out whatever saying/logo/monogram you like, and then affix the labels yourself.  This is also nice for your guests so that they can peel the label off when they get home and still use the mugs without the wedding stuff all over them!

Good luck!

Oh that's a great idea! I didn't know if I'd be able to find waterproof labels! That might be perfect! Thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
