CANADIAN OOT BAG info...where to shop!

Isn't it weird though?  At one point I asked her what the relationship was between Roots and Aveeno...she didn't know, but she thought she recalled seeing the product in some of their advertising for travel bags.

I did the same thing a few months back. Thought they would be great for the dance floor! :)

Hi ladies,

I finally went to Bianca Amor Liquidation Store and found a few things. Most importantly I found pashminas for $5.00 and they were a good quality. Here are pictures of other stuff that I found:

Pashminas--$5. They had various colours from whites, to reds, to pinks ... . My fiance doesn't want everyone wearing the same colour so it worked out great for me and I picked out different colours.

Mini lotion--50 cents                                                                  Body butter--$2.00

Finally catching up with my reading after being away in the States.

Many good deals to be found done there.  I don't understand why everything is so much cheaper there sometimes.

Christmas Tree Shop and Dollar Tree had really good deals.  At Christmas Tree Shop in Portland, Maine they had a whole section of travel stuff.  Picked up packs of 4 Shout Wipes, Advil 10ct, Puffs Kleenex and they were all $1 each!!

Has anyone heard of beer floaties?  They would keep your mug afloat in the pool.  We looked all over for them but no luck.

I was drooling over the purses and wallets at the Roots store in the mall...the girl and I were chatting, and I happened to see a box of travel-size Aveeno lotions (which I LOOOOVE and use all the time) next to the till with a sign saying "free samples".  I said, "are these really FREE?"...and she said, "yes, take as many as you want!".  I made some kind of comment about "you may be sorry you offered..." and explained about our DW and the OOT bags.  She said, "just a second, we have tons of them" and went to the back and brought me a whole box...EEEEEP!  I could hardly contain myself.

Anyway, if you happen to be at a Roots store this week, take a snoop around...it never hurts to ask!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
