Hi julie,

I only have 15 of the key card holders. I ordered mine off of ebay and they came pretty quickly. if you do want the 15 that i have I can for sure sell them and ship them to you.

I have a ton of the inserts to go into them but they are specific for Riviera Maya and April 2013- these I can just mail you 30 if they are what you want as I only paid for shipping.

We also ordered 16 oz thermal mugs, beer coozies and collapsable cooler bags from them. I ordered my stuff to my Dad's place in the states but I know they ship to Canada as well.

These all look great! Cute logo! I didn't realize they had tote bags as well. How did you find the quality of the bag? Would you be able to fill it with beach gear without worrying the handles will snap?

Thanks for the compliment on the logo, I'll pass it along! Our friend is a graphic designer and he hand drew it for us for free. Do you know Herschel backpacks? He designed their logo too. He's very talented!

The tote bags are actually the only thing I haven't seen in person yet since they were shipped to my Dad's place. I'll ask him to have a look at them and let you know what he says. We went with cotton and didn't get the cheapest ones, so hopefully they will hold up.

Here's what our costs ended up being, including set up fees for the logo and shipping. Actually I think shipping was free for some stuff and set up was free for the coozies. They always have great deals and coupon codes on that site!

Bags - 60 @ $3.60 each

Cooler bags (no logo) - 50 @ $3.70 each

Thermal mugs 16oz - 80 @ $3.75 each

Coozies - 100 @ $1.10 each  (We wanted extras to keep around the house!)

The total for everything ended up being just over $800. I'm going to pick up some advil, pepto, tums, bandaids and aloe from Dollarama on my upcoming trip to Vancouver, and then will add gum and snack that I will get at Sam's Club down here in Mexico. Everything else like bug spray and sunscreen I will just tell people to pack lots for themselves but I will have extra in my room for people to borrow if they need. I'll also have a full first aid kid in our room for emergencies. I hope to only spend another $400 at the most on all that, which would make the total for 75 bags $1200. That'll work out to $16 a bag, not bad!

Did your guests love them and use them?

I have not had my wedding yet, but I am hoping they will love them!! I am also hoping the batteries hold out since I ordered them way too far ahead (wasnt thinking when I ordered)

the shipping was about 6 weeks, which was crazy since I've ordered from China lots of times, and it has never taken that long!

In fact, I ordered a lot of 40 sunglasses from China almost 4 weeks after the watches, and got them first!

I'm on a FB Page that brides post on from the resort I'm getting married at and one of the girls used this eBay seller. They sell in smaller quantities so if you only order 20, I can probably give you at least 10 because I am thinking that I'll only end up needing about 38. I haven't received them yet but I will let you know how they turn out!

Oh and it cost $24.98 total.

Hey! I just checked out this seller and I can get the 25 we need for $13 :) Thanks for the suggestion! Now I just need to find bags! The cheapest I have found in the city are at Micheal's for $3.99 and they are pretty plain canvas bags. Where did you get yours from? What do they look like?

That's ok! I found some on ebay...25 for $13 with lanyards. Not bad! I also ended up making my own inserts that turned out pretty well I think :) Thanks though!

I saw your post and checked my local flyer - then went to Canadian Tire 20 minutes later. We got mugs for our bridal party - 10 in total. They are on sale 50% off ($6.99)! Thanks for the tip...we've been checking for them to come on sale, but hadn't looked at our flyers yet. Woo!

So tonight we went out and got a lot of things checked off our OOT bag list.

Right now Canadian Tire has the bubba mugs on 50% off....so we got those for our bridal party.

Went to Dollarama and got clear tumblers for the guests....we also picked up hand sanitizer 2/$1, tylenol, advil, mouth wash, and tums.

We're still looking for lip balm with some SPF....dollarama has nothing, and everything else I can find is $3 or more EACH! Any ideas for this ladies? :)

Also still on the hunt for totes....every website I've found is US only :(

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
