Lol...I seem to gravitate to any store that I think may have deals for oot bags or other stuff for the wedding. I went to Home Sense and was going to buy neat Emergency Chocolate chocolate bars..with the first aid symbol on them for 1.50$ each...but I refrained...put them down!!!lol I decided that bringing Chocolate to a hot climate..not the best idea. I already bought M and M's in containers. I did however found a cute starfish puncher fro 3$, they have frogs and a few other animals.

If anyone wants to put plastic tumblers in their oot bags, they are on sale everywhere...but 5.00 or 5.99 at HomeSense and Winners.

Anyhow, there you go...haven't given in to the swim bags. But Jennifer, I am heading to Iron Mills this weekend so watch out...lol...do you know of any good finds there?;)

Ohhh Please let me Join the intervention class!!!  I may have done the same thing as you ladies this weekend and went to La Vive en Rose and bought 20 of the bathing suit bags....If only someone hadn't posted a picture I wouldn't have gone for it since when I asked if they had them the girl didn't have any idea what I was asking for and brought me a mesh bag...what good that would do for a wet bikini I have no idea lol.

haha me too! I just made a trip into Edmonton on the weekend and spent way too much time at West Ed Mall! I did buy 25 bikini bags though... how could you not?! Not sure when a person will use them, seeing as you would probably go to your room to change lol but you never know!

There is a store in the mall called Colliseum - it has men's suits etc.. and there's a great deal on beach wear right now! $25 for linen shirts and linen pants 2 for $50. The quality is quite nice, and the FI likes them! I'm not sure if this store could be found in other cities.

I have been obsessed with finding the travel sewing kits from Michaels and here's the scoop - I only found 6, I need 25. The lady told me that since they are a 'novelty- fun' item that they can receive shipments at any time. So ladies - keep phoning your local stores!!!

I think these will come in handy on the last day....especially if you are like us where guests have to check out from the hotel in the morning but we don't head to the airport until later that evening. This way guests can spend the day on the beach and not have to worry about what to do with wet suits!

I have actually used hotel laundry bags on many occasions to carry wet bathing suits so I know I'll use one!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
