CANADIAN OOT BAG info...where to shop!

Recommended Posts

Oh one more thing on the rack cards.....be sure to leave enough space to cut a hole for the door knob. The first set I did I didn't take that into consideration so I had to order a second set. It ended up costing me a whole $4 in shipping to re-do them! :o)

I feel like I should start a VISTA HELP thread lol... sorry in advance to everyone for this.... if you want we can move it to the Canadian Brides "chit chat" forum

I have the rack cards now ($5.70 for shipping) but when I add anything else shipping doubles.... just for 1 more item (a mouse pad for my mom lol) should I add more and see if it goes up or stay the same or am I going to see a $5 increase for each item I add?!

The only reason things that were previously free and then when you add something else they come up regular price is if you

a) trying to add a second one of the free item - for example, if you have one free pen in your cart, if you add another, then the first one will be regular price and the second one will be free

or

B) you clicked on a different link to order the other item for free, during which promotion the previous item wasn't free (like if you have one email with free postcards and one email with a free pen but postcards cost $4.80, and you clicked the free pen email your postcards will now be $4.80) also if you're playing around with your vistaprint like trying to find a coupon code or whatever, clicking those links that get you 25% off or whatnot makes everything in your cart regular price, but 25% off.. get it?

Not everything has to have your logo or photo on it! My free pens and free tshirts are vistaprint 'designs' but we edited them as much as we could and they look like things we would have designed anyway

The shipping charges can be really weird and not make any sense. Tori, I have had the same thing happen but if you keep adding items after the initial 2 it probably won't increase by very much. I just placed an order for another 10 items (including 100 postcards) and the shipping came to about $19. Just play around with it until you get the combination that works.

Krysta, unfortunately the emails don't have a code on it but if you PM me your email address I can forward you the offer if you like.

Or, it could be because, like me the other night, once you have 10 free items in your cart, you're done for that order (as far as freebies go anyway).  I struggled for a long time trying to figure it out...and, when you read the fine print, that's what it says!

Hi Ladies,

So I went to Dollarama today looking for Advil...they were out but I came out with lots of other stuff!

The cutest thing I found that many of you may like is the little blue plastic suitcase container on wheels with a pullout handle.

It comes with 6 mini markers and is 1.50$. I am going to take the markers out and use it for my first aid or sewing case! So far I bought just one for us but may put one together for bridesmaids...These containers come in blue or pink.

The M&Ms in containers were only 69 cents each. Our colors are red and turquoise so I only got these two colors. I thought this would be a nice treat that won't melt as much as other chocolates. I also got the mentos. I saw the sesame snaps that were 2 for 1$. Nice snack if your blood sugar is low. Snacky foods aren't always easy to get at all inclusives without going to restaurant or having a meal. The red tulle ribbon is an amazing deal! 1$ This is a raspberry red, more our color but they have brick red, light blue. I bought a few others.

I also stocked up on nice sea shells as it looks like they are gettting rid of them...maybe because summer is almost over;(

The only other things I am planning on adding are the key holders and lanyards and booklet/program.dollarama.jpg

Cute...I would totally pick up some m&ms for the kids and those little suitcases I like WITH the stationary stuff in them.  The Dollarama I was at today had huge stacks of boxes down every aisle needing to be unpacked and put on the shelves.  I was creepin' around...trying to get any idea of what might be coming!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
