Just checked out Drugstore.com. Prices are pretty reasonable! If you are buying in bulk it seems like they give you some money off. Great find! Thanks!

Thanks for the tip on Rexall drugs, I got my tide for the sink packs there, cheaper then Walmart. They had really neat tiny spray sunblock 30spf by the tills, but there was only 1 left.

There aren't many Rexall drugs in Edmonton, so I may check out Rexall drugs in Calgary. Have any of you Calgary brides seen them?

I too can't find Shout wipes, but I came across a great web site Drugstore.com....has some travel stuff but overall great site for vitamins etc...Way cheaper then even Walmart!! And if you spend 25$ or more, shipping to Canada is free.

Nice Oot bags from Dollarama! They are the same ones as mine!

Question- Are any of you brides giving pashminas to your bridesmaids? I am wanting to give each of my three bridesmaids one with their initials embroidered on it. I looked online on ebay last night and there are a few companies that are reasonable 25$ or so for 1 pashmina. Have any of you found any locally? I found some nice silk like ones at Le Chateau Outlet for 25$ but that doesn't include initials embroidered.

If anyone is looking for Aloe Vera Gel, my Walmart carried it for 1.57$ per bottle so I bought lots for my guests and me as I have already burned this week!

I wish i knew about this store a few days ago!! hahaha i went on Ebay and bought the shout wipes.. and they were quite a bit more expensive.. i thought they were a good deal until you posted this! :)

but i also need advil still.. so had i waited, i could have gotten the advil and the shout wipes, with free shipping.. and it would have been so much cheaper!! d'oh!!!

Thanks for sharing though! at least we know there are other options other than the dollerama's to find the cheap advil for us canadian brides! :)

Sorry Jennifer!

I didn't think to search for shout to go wipes til today! I went to a few stores hoping they would have them, then I looked on ebay like you said. Then when someone posted about advil on the drugstore site, I thought I would look.

Like I said, if you can't find advil let me know, I will be scouting out dollaramas in the next few days and will check for advil. I want to give advil and tylenol. I found out my new in laws may be insulted if I give them Tylenol...I guess there was a big poisoning scandal with Tylenol in the UK a few years ago so a lot of people avoid Tylenol...oops. It is good to have both anyways. I can't believe the mark up on products, Poly to go is still 7.00$ at Walmart and Advil is 3$ for the travel size!

Tori,

Check out the beauty.com side too..there are good cosmetics. Unfortunately no great Oot bag finds but some nice stuff for a bride maybe!

I am going to check out Liquidation world here in Edmonton today...I think other cities in Canada have these. They may have great finds. I am also going to check Giant Tiger...good discount store and I will let you know if I find anything!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
