has anyone had luck ordering and receiving the individual packets of pepto/immodium/advil from any of the US sites? I just tried amazon.com and they will not ship those items to my address. i haven't tried the other suggested site yet (My Store Supplier - Wholesale General Merchandise & Novelty Items!!!) but am wondering if there may be some regulation against sending these types of items across the border. any success storieshuh.gif i would love to include these items in my OOT bag.

Hi guys! My bags from Cheaptotes came in and I really like them. I promised to post when they got here, so here are some pictures.

 

This first one is the two bags I ordered together so you can see a bit of size difference. The back on is the “teacher’s tote†and has royal blue on it. The front has a small pocket and the bottom is actually expandable and opens 4â€. It is a heavier canvas, but still light enough that packing it shouldn’t be an issue at all.

The other bag is the “Natural canvas tote†and it is a really nice cotton fabric. It is not as heavy as the teacher’s tote, but heavy enough it will stand up. It is going to be really easy to pack this. bunny_4.gif

These next two are just photos I took with a full size manila envelope against them for size. I like to visualize things and sometimes looking at a ruler or measuring tape isn’t as good…so for those of you like me, these ones are for you msnwink.gif

Ebay.ca is great for the starfish necklaces. They come from the states... or the seller is in the states and they come from singapore... but anyways they were approximately 4 each (maybe even a little less) and shipping was free. I have purchased them from 2 different buyers on there and shipping has been quick and I am completely satisfied.

I got my tote from cheaptotes...they are great! Simple, but will get the job done. I also didn't have to pay any duty which was great!

 

I also wanted to mention that I tried ordering mugs from promopays and had horrible service! I ordered the ones I wanted and gave my creditcard info and thought I was getting a really good price. I didn't hear anything from them for a couple of weeks, and something was giving me a bad feeling, so I emailed them to ask if everything was moving along with my mugs. No response from the email a few days later so I started trying to call them. I left a couple messages a couple of days apart and no one was calling me back. So my FI and I kept trying and trying. Finally we got someone on the phone and they told us that the mug we ordered was out of stock so our order hasn't been started. (thanks for telling us!) The guy said he'd email the next day with some similar suggestions. Well he didn't. So a few more phone calls and emails and about a week later he finally got back to me with another mug. It was about 3 times the price of the one I picked! He said it was the only one they had for an order of around 50. I said forget it. I then went on 4imprint.ca and ordered some mugs for much less than promopays. The service has been great so far with prompt email returning and sending of a proof to approve before they printed. I haven't gotten my mugs yet, but I have a good feeling it will work out well. I think promopays caters more to companies ordering thousands of mugs at a time. (many of their min. quantities are in the 1000s)

 

So even though looking through their website it looks like you can get a good deal from promopays, I wouldn't recommend them as what they had to offer me was more expensive than 4imprint.ca or discountmugs. And 4imprint has had WAY better customer service so far....just a heads up! :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
