How are you? I have a couple more questions for you:
1) Our package comes with a photographer however we are also bringing our own photographer as well. The resort doesn't allow to have external suppliers. We would still like to use the RIU photographer though and we were wondering if there was a designated time that we have to use your photographer or can we choose when we want her to take our pictures? For example we want to have our photographer shoot the ceremony and afterwards on the beach, so can we have the RIU photographer take pictures of me getting ready? Yes you cah choose the time that you would like to have your pictures. Or even the next day in the ocean? How long do we have her for? With the normal package you have like 1 hour before the cermony during this and after the ceremony.
2) What is the back up plan in case it rains? Can you send me a picture of space used in case it rains? We can move your ceremony to a close area like the conference rooms.
WHAT THE HELL DOES SHE MEAN THAT EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS ARE NOT ALLOWED? She already told me yes! and I know for a fact that other Riu Santa Fe brides have brought in photographers!!! WHAT THE HELL I emailed her back asking her ( a lot more politely than this post lol) what she meant and copied and pasted our previous emails about the subject so I'll keep you all updated. OMG.

I would tell her because of what she said before, you went ahead and booked your photographer already and that a non-refundable deposit has been made. Is he a Cabo local or traveling there for your wedding? If so, I would also tell her that his travel is already booked and paid for so unless they want to refund you for that money then she must abide by what she previously told you. Money threats somehow always seem to work, lol.

Yes, I did, and I already sent it to her. There have been several brides on here who have hired outside photographers though, so I don't understand where this is all coming from!
