I was in Key West on the 16th and our cruise ship was leaving at 5:00pm. I returned to the ship about 4:00pm and saw a wedding taking place outside at Ocean Key so I thought maybe it was yours since you got married in Key West on the 16th.

We married in Key West on May 21st. Our vendors were:

1. EZ weddings in Paradise - officiant, photographer - a GREAT pacakge deal with VERY reasonable prices. This is a husband and wife team. She is the officiant and he is the photog. By the day after the ceremony I had all pics on a CD PLUS hard copies as well as an electronic release.

2. Cake - Crossiants de France - DELISH!

3. Hair and makeup - Marie Pierre. I can't say enough about airbrushed makeup!

4. Location - our hotel, the Gardens Hotel

5. Reception - Lattitudes on Sunset Key

Good Luck! PM me if you'd like more info.

I was married in Key West on May 3rd. Ceremony was at Fort Zach. (which I can't say enough great things about Kirsten. She really puts your mind at ease and makes the whole process fun!) Plus they have a package deal where you can get your flowers ceremony decor set up break down steel drummer officiant at one price. You can tweek it to meet your needs too. Reception was at the Ocean Key which is a beautiful location. I made my own centerpieces, menu cards, favors, seating card(shells) and a bunch of other personalized stuff and she put it out perfect. Our photographer was John Hunter. Amazing!!!!!! Very professional and friendly. My husband who hates getting his pic taken loved them. DJ Jimmy from Soundwaves. I think the only time the dance floor wasn't filled was during our father/daughter dance and mother/son dances. Cake was a publix cake which is the grocery store in florida. There cakes are excellent and pretty. I couldn't see spending 1000s of dollars on a cake. but thats just me. Our cake was perfect. Let me know if you need anything else. I can send you pics too.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
