I'm debating whether having our first dance be Song Bird-Eva Cassidy...or if I want my sister to sing it at the ceremony...any suggestions??

These are always a must for me & Berto:

          Brown Eyed Girl-Van Morrison
          Your Love-The Outfield
          Jump Around-House of Pain

Almost always guaranteed to get people on the dance floor, well depending on how fun your group is...or how drinky.

I think our first dance song is going to be Crazy Love - Van Morrison. :)

It might seems strange ... but I really want (and haven't told the fiance yet) our first dance together to be "Stellar" by Incubus (the acoustic version).

Reason: when we first, first started dating (when we were 17) he made me a "mix tape" CD because he had a CD burner and I asked him to. Hehehe I gave him a list of songs, but he included this one and said to listen to words, specifically the chorus, because that was how I made him feel ... it's been "our song" ever since ... I love it.

As for the rest of the wedding ... we haven't decided whether or not we want to just have traditional music playing or if we want to iPod it up and make a wedding soundtrack for the party ...

                      "Stellar" is 11 years old?

Cute story! You can whatever song you want! Who said it had to be traditional? I love that song!
