So I've decided to test Dressilyme's and Milly's customer service. I found a that is listed on each company's website and emailed them yesterday evening asking them if they happen to have pictures of the completed dresses before. Milly has not replied re: A-Line Sweetheart lace chapel train wedding dress (MLWDAL1100). Dressilyme replied within a few hours re: Elegant Chiffon A-line Scoop Chaple Wedding Dress For Your Beach Wedding (STYLE NO.WWD009CW) Her response was as follows:

Hi Denise, That's weird that Dressilyme doesn't have pictures even though it has been tailored many times. It's hard to buy a product when we can't see it. On top of that, we have to pay for the dress in full before the work starts. I really like the dress but I can't put money down until Dressilyme can provide me some pictures that I can base my trust with the company.
Mysteriously, the dress was taken off their website by 3pm today. I emailed Denise again to ask her why the dress disappeared from their website.
