Customer service on wholesale is great, the linlin not so much. Rosy at wf has been wonderful and replying to all of my messages and requests wonderfully, even after paying, always reassuring me that the dress is beautiful! (As opposed to the ok yes no replies from others).

They are still being made so Im still keeping my fingers crossed! I will post as soon as I get them!

yes, definitely post when you get your progress photos

This was sent to me by the seller, it is different from some of the special requirements that I had for my dress. I dont love howmthis sample turned out, hopefully with my specifications it will look better. They need to change the lace used - it resembles nothing like your inspiration pic. Also, not sure if your aware but the vera wang dress you've asked to be made is the vw351011 white collection not the gemma. If you want the gemma, you should order from Jasmines :) I will let you know when I get it! 400 400

But, I wasn't able to try it on properly - Cause I couldn't do it up on my own... OK - Well I am pleased to say that I found a seamstress here in Korea and took it there and tried it on - AND - I HAD MY MOMENT... Tears and all - Jasmine's did a WONDERFUL job... I love my dress...  It is a touch too big (yay!) So, I am having the back taken out a bit more so the lace can be tied more... And the boning in the front causes a bit of bunching, hopefully when it can be tied tighter - that will help - but that's just me being picky...But other then that - Its awesome!

The prices for Jasmine's dresses will vary depending on the demand for the dress, fabric upgrades (if any) etc.  So the price Donna paid will undoubtedly be different and right now, it's also peak season, but since you aren't getting married until 2014,  you can afford to wait until after the peak season. Their slow months are usually late summer/early fall. I also got my dress from them. They can be contacted via their website http://www.jasminesbridalshop.com/  and keep in mind they will close for approximately 3 weeks in February due to the Chinese New Year holidays over there.

Thanks for your insight! I wouldn't be  ordering until the summer time since I have so much time. Just wanted to know more or less what the prices are. Thanks so much!

YAY My DHGate dress arrived today!!  I'll try it on later, I need help zipping it, and I'll post pics.  It's made of a very heavy taffeta, the stitching is perfect, needs NO alterations, and it honestly looks like it cost 10 times as much as it did.  I'm so relieved and cannot wait to wear it in 2 months!  The vendor is BeautyBride, I'll be leaving them a great review.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
