Hi Ladies,

 

I need your opinions on my mid production photos from Jasmine's Bridal. I've ordered the Vera Wang gemma and I'm not sure if the top part of the dress looks right. This is what they have sent me below:

Ok because I had such a hard time finding info on buying a Chinese knock off I want to post a detailed review. This dress is gorgeous. Really well made. Great details, there are little beading details

Okay ladies, got it on, and it fits perfectly! Maybe needs a little tweaking around the bust...but nothing really! I will attach a few pictures of it, don't mind my lovely hair do!!

Are you saying do a sweetheart neckline? I agree, I think it would nice with a sweetheart neckline as well. The ruching that you drew seems to follow the lines of the ruching already done, correct?

So I just got mid-production pictures of my dress from Jasmines woot.gif...Its as similar to the original as I expected it...Its a pretty straight forward dress so I wasnt really expecting issues. Overall its coming up pretty good. Just had some changes to make with the shoulder width and sleeves. But overall its a lovely dress. Anyone interested in pictures and I'll be glad to post them.

 

I went with white and I am kinda wishing I had gone with off-white or even Ivory (F1 doesnt like ivory tho so that wasnt really an option).

 

I tried on a total of two dresses before I gave up and went with instincts and online pictures (I hate trying on dresses blush2.gif) so fingers crossed the dress will look great on me.

 

Thanks to all the ladies who posted their experience on here...you all helped to give me the confidence to take this route smile03.gif

I think I kinda like the curve of the pleats on the right side as opposed to the drawings on the second picture. And I totally agree with the sweetheart neckline. The dress looks like its gonna turn out great...congrats in advance...

Girl you know we wanna see pics!!!!! I went with white as well and when they were sending me the mid-productions pics, I just kept looking and saying "Man, that's REALLY white!", but I didn't want to go with off-white or ivory because FI is wearing all white linen and I didn't want our pics to mis-matched with him in pure white and me in off-white.

 

Waiting on pics!!!

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
