I've filed a dispute through my credit card company, who is now working WITH PayPal to a) get a refund and B) check their clientelle history on PayPal to see if they should even be selling through it anymore.  They are going after both SoP AND their bank to get a refund and I trust that the credit card company will be pretty ruthless, as THEY have refunded me and are getting money back for themselves.

I've contact SoP several times, it's weeks past the date the dress was supposed to be here, and they won't respond.  I'm not interested in dresses from them anymore, as it will be too late to wear them by the time they get here - I just want a refund.  If anyone else has had a bad experience, I encourage you to contact PayPal and report them, leave a written online review, and anything else you can.  They've scammed me and, it seems, several other people out of hundreds of dollars, not to mention royally screwed up my wedding attire plans and left me scrambling.

I am sure u will like this page on FB. It's called  "Cheat by shade of pale bridal" (simply search on FB). Please find, like and support!

It looks beautiful on! I think the decision to nix the Dakota was a good one, this one is definitely perfect for a Vegas wedding! And I love that skirt :)

I ordered standard sizing because all of the dresses i tried on in bridal shops fit perfectly. This one is slightly too tight, but I've also put on a couple pounds in the last couple weeks :~/

I was originally going to have a Dakota replica done by SOP but since I decided not to go with them...this dress called out to me instead. I was completely anti-bling the week before I ordered it, i don't know what happened! It doesn't really resemble original Lazaro design, but I love it :) For the price, it is PERFECT for my Vegas wedding! Sorry the pics aren't the greatest! I had to be a photo ninja in poor lighting so honey didn't see it!

Here are pics of a copy of 'vera wang gemma' dress that my cousin brought from Jasmines. Really happy with it and the process was really easy..although there was a little bit of back and forth emailing but they were always so helpful. No upgrade on the craftmanship and materials. Highly recommend Jasmines! Just wanted to say thank you to all who have posted on this valuable thread and thought I'd try do my bit to help anyone wanting to get a replica..

For the brides who went with dressilyme, exactly how did you get your photo over to them? I don't see an option on the website.

I ordered a knock off of Sottero and Midgley Clarice which your dress reminds me off with a few differences.  I ordered my dress from Jasmines bridal and could not have been happier!  I have added a few pictures of my actual dress

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
