gphoto-10.jpg       Ok girls.  Posting this pic was so hard!  So I finally tried on my Dressily Me dress.  I love it.  I contacted the company June 1st with a picture of the dress I wanted.  The only change I asked for was to add a corset back.  Paris emailed me a price quote right away and I ordered it around June 5th.  My dress arrived June 27th!  I have to say, it is not perfect (the to ruffle on the bottom is not centered), but it is a great replica.  I do not have it completely tied in this picture so I look heavy and it is not as flat as it should be... but I think its pretty good. What do you think?

The only thing that jumps out at me is how much bigger the flower on your dress looks vs. the one in the shop. Are you going to get a beaded belt too?

I think its gorgeous, looks like they did a fantastic job! I am with Allie that the flower looks quite a bit larger than on the original but thats about it....the beaded belt also makes quite a difference, although, even if you didn't go with a beaded belt it would still look fantastic!  Have you tried it on yet? for the little changes you might want to be sure you get it on and have it all laced up, that's when you may notice small tucks and changes you may need done.

Congrats on having your dress!!!

I think it looks amazing! I didn't notice the non-centred ruffle and I am sure no one else will, it could be one of those little things that really stands out to you but no one else! Great choice of dress!!

you're welcome :)
I think you should go try on dresses 1st, decide which type of dress you like best & suits you best. Then order as soon as you can because sometimes time isn't a friend in overseas knock off world. I think you can wait till the begining of January to order but get your heart set on a dress & start trying on dresses now. Also decide on the veil.

Thanks so much for the info. I have been looking into this a lot today and really like what I see from big day dresses. They have the one I am looking for and I have read a number of really good reviews. I will check out Jasmine as well though thanks for the info.

I am thinking about ordering it pretty early...considering we are getting married in Nov 2013 when do you guys think I should order it by?

I agree that both dresses look great. I am definitely leaning towards one of these dresses myself but will be ordering very early on to ensure that I am able to order another one if I really needed too....fingers crossed that wont happen and I will just end up saving some money and having a fabulous dress!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
