This listing was attached to the order but then they went and changed the listing!  I put in my notes that it shoudl be received by Oct 20. So why would they agree to send it and have it recd by Oct 20 unless shipping was included?  That's the only thing I can think of.

My normal practice is to confirm everything in writing before I pay. So I might write something like, "As agreed, I will send $135.70 for the dress and the shipping should be free as was advertised. Once I get the conformation email, I will pay." If they don't reply confirming the details of the purchase, shipping and cost, I wouldn't send them money.

Do you have any emails from them prior to your oder regarding the price, etc? I would forward them to dhgate support and get them involved. If you paid thru paypal, i would just get the full refund and cancel the transaction and find another seller. There are so many sellers out there, where you can get a great dress for the good price. It's ridiculous that your seller is asking for the extra $50 now.

So help form all who used DHGate.  I purchased the dress for 135.70 including free shipping as it said in the ad at the time.  Now that the dress is done the seller has changed the listing to read 185.70 and wants $50 extra from me to ship it!  She's claiming that shipping wasn't added!  I really don't want to pay $50 extra because it was included in the first price.

Has anyone else come across this and how do you settle it?

Here is the inspiration dress: (I've honestly always thought that these photos looked hideous, but the dress does look really great on, i swear!)

Ok, sorry for the big photos! Overall, I'm pleased. The skirt was my big worry and it looks great. The fabric looks good.

The dress looks too big, but I did add an inch to all my width measurements for fear of it ending up to small. But the torso is really boxy looking and there is no waist that I can see! Also that flower is giant and a little too centered rather than on the hip.

So what do you think? Should I try to have them fix it by asking them to measure the waist and take it in accordingly? or..something...? Or should I just get it shipped now and have it altered here?

I really like it, and I knew I'd have to change something about it, so I'm happy with it so far.

It is listed under factory-sale but the listing says babyonline throughout.

They are now changed their story and just sent me this:"Thank u for ur time. I neve said u need pay for the postage, i mean we lost money in this business only , we will ship the dress to u today.

Yes, it is a beautiful dress ,we will be appreciated it if u can give us a good feedback , very thank u . Maybe u can buy more dress from us ,we will try our best to make it and give u some discount ,in fact i see u are a good buyer ,thank u ."

Of course, they had said to send $50 more but now they are backing out.  So hopefully I should have the dress soon.  It appears to be well done so we'll see.

Hi Everyone,

I got my dress today and love it!  I couldn't ask for anything more for the price I paid.  It is too long by about 8-10 inches, but if that's the only alteration I have to make, I'm very, very happy.   the train is also much longer than I expected, but its beautiful with the lace and beading. I'll post more pics when I'm able to try it on and its not at my office :)  I posted the inspiration dress: Private Label 1340 on this forum about a week ago.  Ordered from Babyonline for $185

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
