I was just chatting with the babyonline seller and she said that they could not make the skirt that way and that it would just be plain lace.  Since that ruins the whole design of the dress I told her I wanted to cancel and choose another dress from them.  Before I could get a response she ended the chat and is no offline.  The customer service online says that she has to cancel and refund and I can't.

Has anyone else been through this?

Cosmo,

if you have the time to read this whole thread from page 1 with a glass of wine, you will see there were some hits and some disasters with Landy Bridal, I didn't went with them because I saw one of the dress with an uneven/non-symetrical sweetheart bust, and their beading skills were...so so.  and they never say NO regardless of how difficult the dress is.

Miss Kim,

You have to tell the reps that you have a large DD cup, it is very rare for Chinese to get to this size, again like a size 14+, most of the chineses never seen one in real life.

I've been trying to tell them that.  When they see measurements of 26" waist and 39" bust I'm afraid they won't get it right.  They did ask for underbust measurements though.

I'm thinking I should just cancel it and choose another dress but they won't get back to me.  I don't know what the time difference is so hopefully I will hear from them.  Their emails when I paid said the seller would contact to confirm.  Maybe I can get a hold of them when they do.

Am I just worrying too much?

hey girls...this block is absolutely great.i ve spend days and days trying to find the best seller on line to order my wedding dresses (i needed 2 cause i m having a double party :) ).at first i was going with landy and then with gianinar.but i wasnt confortable with both of them.landy's replies was a bit faceless and gianinar wasnt what i wanted to hear. then i saw here some pics af tosellers.i contact them and they answer right away.kathy helped me with both dresses and with the best veil. she is very nice and attending and she makes me feel that i m in a store not on line.she replies very quicly to my mails and answers all my questions. they even told me about the final look of the dresses compairing to the designer prototype. so far i m very pleased with them. even though they are a bit more expensive than others i fell that they deserve it.i m looking forward to get my dresses even though i told them i have time to wait if that will help them to make the best job possible..pics will posted for sure when i get my dresses

Just click "cancellation, refund, and return" under the browse help menu on the left hand side of the page.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
