First of all, it was shipped without pictures.

 

Second, they shipped to the wrong address Because they took almost 3 weeks longer to ship, I asked them to change the address. I have been working out of town so I had it shipped to my hotel to get any necessary alterations. Now I am going back home so I told them to ship it there. Apparently, they are trying to contact the courier, so we shall see what happens.

 

I just have to keep telling myself that it will arrive, it will be beautiful and it will fit perfectly!

I recently thought about a lot on better communication regarding dress quality and style, so finally I was like "why don't I just look into Chinese commercial website and communicate with seller there in Chinese" since I am very fluent in Chinese. Lucky for me, I did find a small boutique owner whose dress quality seems superb on taobao.com (Chinese ebay site). I chatted with her and she showed me inside the bodice and bottom (with lining and two layers of hard tulle besides the decorative layers). She also adviced me that spring is a very busy season for wedding dress industry in China since lots of couples like to get married in May (there's a one week national holiday in may and nice weather) and they all start to order the dress right after Chinese New Year in Feb. So it's not a really good idea to order in spring (at least until april) and compete with them.

I was really impressed with this seller's version of Maggie Sottero Viera (as you can see in the picture). The price isn't bad either, it's $1780 in Chinese currency (about 272USD) excluding shipping. Do you think I should order from them or from mybigfatbeautifulwedding? Would you comment on the quality of this dress?

Hello everyone! I ordered a dress from jeffliu on 16th February after a few weeks of chatting with him and received the proofs/pictures of my dress last week and was delighted with it.

 

However, i've just received it today and tried it on and am totally gutted . Thefull  bust measurement is only 73cm (my underbust measurement) and it's meant to be 86cm! I don't have a clue what to do. i can't believe that they could make such a big mistake, considering they actually shipped a printoff of the measurements they'd used (the correct ones!) and then made it incorrectly.

 

The dress also has a multitude of pin marks all over it.

I've also ordered a dress from babyonline which they said would be with me a long while ago, and now this week I received an email from dhgate saying my order had shipped, so I contacted Sunny and he said that the dress hadn't shipped and he would send me photographs (I've been told this for weeks). This was on Monday and i've still not received any.

 

My wedding isn't until September but this is stressing me so much I am worrying that I don't end up without a dress.

I just wanted to tell you that my dress was even more beautiful in the inside.. it was made of satin and my mother and sister in law said I could use it the other way arround... i was really impressed with Babyonline... very good details... very well done in the inside..

That's really awful sweetiemuchkin. Did you contact them already? May be they can make you a new dress? It's obviously their mistake!

Yes, I've contacted them about the dress and they've told me to send even more photographs so I'll have to wait until after work. Hopefully they  can help as it's a full 13cm too small! I hardly have a large bust so no amount of dieting will get me into it!

 

Also, a further blow....Sunny (from babyonline) has told me that my dress has been shipped "by accident" and so he can't send any pictures of it to me. Hopefully it turns out fine when it arrives!

sweetiemunchkin - The same thing happened to my dress from babyonline.  I had to have it rerouted, so it should arrive on Wednesday at the latest.

My dress from Landy has arrived. I had it shipped to my job and I'm off today. Couldn't be held in suspense for an entire weekend so I'm going in for it :-)  I will be giving you a pic heavy play by play so that you experience it as I do.
