Did Babyonline tell you they would have it to you by your deadline when you ordered?  If they did and now they are telling you they cannot meet that date, I would ask for my money back.

Michelle, yes they said they could deliver by March 20. Serena is going to check if it can be received by March 25. I will give them until tomorrow to resolve. I prefer this dress to the one I already have, so I really hope they can fulfill the order.

I ordered my dress over a month ago from a seller on dhgate.com with high ratings. I think I may have to fly to China!! I'm getting the same run around that a lot of you are getting.....we shipped it.....oh, here is the NEW tracking number with another company......oh, wait, we just shipped it.....OMG! But this one should be legit....DHL has tracking information! Yay! I am just glad I ordered mine early, I don't have to have it until late May so I can take it to the seamstress for a perfect fitting. I can't wait to post some pics of the dress!

 

Thats odd with babyonline. I've always heard great things about them, quick and easy. And from what I was told they don't give you the run around with refunds. I hope it all works out for you, Mochamakes3!

Oh Mocha I am so sorry to hear that, I hope it all works out for you! I am going to order mine today from Weddinggirl. Has anyone ever ordered from them?

 

They promised delivery to arrive by April 8th for me. I don't need it till the 21st so I gave myself a bit of time which i hope was enough!

Lisa, I just spoke to them and they said they will ship it by the end of the week, or Monday at the latest. I hope it fits perfectly, because I won't have time for alterations.

 

On another note, the last dress I ordered from Monica bridal was shipped by courier and I got a bill for customs charges. So you might want to request that they send via EMS.

Hi Ladies,

 

I got some photos from Babyonline last night of my dress. It is pretty much what i asked for, so really looking forward to seeing it in real life! The only thing was i thought the bow was going to be ribbon and could could tie myself, and thought the bottom half would be more flowy, like chiffon, and this looks more A-line with tulle over the top. It also looks white, and i wanted Ivory, but hoping it is the light where they took the photo. So overall i think i am happy with the dress.....I will try and upload a photo they sent me.

Did they say when you will receive your dress?

 

I just had a chat with monica bridal (where I have ordered my bridesmaid dresses) and they said they dont think my dresses have even been made yet but if one has they will send me pics in the next few days, they also said that the dresses will be made in the next 6 days and shipped in the next 8 so I hope they dont try to rush them?!?!?

I ordered from free-trade-zone on dhgate.com. It was a custom fit of one of their dresses and I changed the back to lace up instead of the zipper. She told me when I ordered it would take only 5 days to make it and then a week to get here. Well, it took a month to make it and we will see how long to get here. I just got a text at 3AM today that it is on hold in Taiwan! I was excited to get the news but so mad that I got woken up at 3 in the morning. I'm a grouch if I don't get my sleep! My FH started pushing my back so I would wake up and turn off the stupid phone, he was ticked....lol!!!
