A few pages back, a couple people had suggested going into a store to try on dresses before ordering one online... and now that I've finally gone into a store, I have to say... you were SO right!!  What I thought would look good on me made me look shapeless... and what I thought wouldn't look good made me look fantastic.  Such good advice, thanks ladies  :)

 

Now that I know what works... off to search for my dream dress online lol.  Time to dig through Monica Bridal's dresses again!

Ok because I had such a hard time finding info on buying a Chinese knock off I want to post a detailed review. This dress is gorgeous. Really well made. Great details, there are little beading details

Okay ladies, got it on, and it fits perfectly! Maybe needs a little tweaking around the bust...but nothing really! I will attach a few pictures of it, don't mind my lovely hair do!!

It was the same thing for me! You know you are not limited to their selection right? Pick any dress on the internet that you like and send it to them and they will tell you if they can do it or not. Good luck with your search! :)

Marzm - I've tried on a ton of dresses, probably abut 50 - 60 at several different stores and all kinds of different styles. There's been lots of definitely no's and a couple where I like one aspect such as the top, but not the bottom. But overall nothing. That's why I was planning on going the custom made route, to get what I want and not have to compromise.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
