Palma Real is where we are going to stay at. I have not order my invtations or my save the dates. I know what I want so when I do order it wont be hard. No the dress on the other hand it going to be hard. I dont really wear dresses and dont really like them, but I want one for this day so I will just have to take my time with this and I'm okay with that. What resort are on the top of yalls list?

I'm going to be a March 2010 bride also. I have picked my date (march 18th) and am just about to send the contract back to them. I'm planning on Paradisus Punta Cana. I have pretty much picked out my bridesmaid dresses and made a layout for my DIY invitations. Just need to wait for a confirmation for a time for the wedding and all that fun stuff so I can start printing them out.

Hello I'm getting married on March 19, 2010 at Dreams La Romana. I picked out my std's and invitations. And have been looking on here for more ideas. Have any of you picked a monogram yet or going to? I want one for on some favors, but I have no clue how to make one, and really don't want to pay big $$$ to have it done.

I have officaly booked our resort - Riu Bachata and the date is set for March 20th - I sent out our save the dates cause we had to get some deposits into the travel agent prior to April 30th - most this was for family like parents who knew they were going for sure. ohh and I pick up my wedding dress on saturday - soo exciting :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
