        I love this show. I use to watch it all the time. Now that I am engaged, I am trying to put it into action and get back in shape before I start dress shopping!

          Awesome!!! I enjoy the show too and it is eye-opening how much calories are in beer/cocktail.
          I love this show. I use to watch it all the time. Now that I am engaged, I am trying to put it into action and get back in shape before I start dress shopping!

            When they have the food and drinks all lined up, I think that part freaks me out!

            If only beer and wine could be calorie free and still have the same taste... oh wine, how I will miss you for the next few months...

              I love that show!! I seriously wonder how intense their workouts are though. I am pretty active and I have never been able to lose more than a couple of pounds in a month!

                Its probably easier for them because they are out of shape. When you're fit and active, its a lot harder to lose weight because you already work out so you have to do that much more. However, for someone who is sedentary and suddenly starts working out regularly, they probably see results a lot quicker.

                      Love this show.. watch it all the time on SLICE!!!! That and the Last 10 LBS!!!! Tommy is my hero!!! :)
