Ok I want to do my own luggage tags for everyone but I've hit a dead end. I managed to find badge holders on ebay but I can't seem to find the plastic straps that some of the other girls have used. I think Amazon and Staples were suggested but they don't have them for Canada. Does anyone know where I can find something in Canada so these tags can be attached to the luggage? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!!!!

if you haven't bought the actual tags yet, just go to dollarama and pics these up for a 1$ for 5 tags!

I simply found an image I liked (I've actually uploaded this image to this site. Search for "clipart") used photoshop to add some text, and then sized it to be right size, and copy and pasted it a bunch of times onto a 8x11 word document, then I had it printed in color at staples (as I don't have a color printer). Worked great and was able to make a lot of tags for cheap.

Thanks for the ideas ladies. Since I've already bought the badge holders I have to use them and the gimp is a great idea. Never thought of that. I was looking for those coil keychain holders too but I can't find them at any of the dollar stores around me. I'm sure I'll find something that isn't too hard to do or hard on the wallet.

Just wish places would either ship to Canada or wouldn't charge so much for shipping!

My plan was to give them out with a "to pack" list and with all the travel info well before we leave. I'll be mailing the same package to the few of my guests that will be coming in from other provinces. I'm trying to spread out my DIY projects so this one will be done before my OOT bag projects are needing to be done.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
