Eat Clean Diet?

    Hey Glenda!
    I have lost like 1 or 2 pounds, I think it is cause I can't eat my beloved tortilla chips anymore! I use to eat crackers and tortilla chips almost everyday..now my snack is dry roasted edamame beans-not the same
    My good friend has made this diet her life long diet and has been out for like 2 years! That is what I call will power but then again she works out like a crazy woman too.

      I want to try this but I am so weak when it comes to food. I am absolutely addicted to it. I love eating! You lost 2 pounds already? That is great! Stick with it and you will look and feel great!

        I try to eat as clean as I can but it's not nearly as strict as Dee's. I do cheat a bit but it's never overdone. I've also been going to the gym and lifting weights. I have lost 15-18lbs. (it fluctuates). Since I am looking for some muscle mass I don't expect to ever reach 125 again but I am wearing some size 4 and easily fit in my 6's.

        A favorite snack of mine:

        apple and peanut butter
        Sweet craving- graham cracker or 100 calorie pack. I am sure that's not advised by a nutrtionist but it beats cookie dough and ice cream.

            Jenetta, good job:) I am good at about eating but not good about the gym. I love apples and pb! YUMMY!

              Thanks for this tips girls. I know I love food too, it just tastes so damn good. I think I should start only eating things I don't like and then maybe I won't want to eat anymore, lol!

                THanks so much ladies for all the advice! I have been working out a lot lately and have been eating better so hopefully I will lose some weight. I may buy this book though for some recipes!!
