How many OOT bags?

Did you do one OOT bag per guest or per couple?

 

The bags I am thinking of using are quite large and sort of "girly" so I was thinking of one per couple, and one per guest travling alone, and just filling the bags with two of everything?

 

Is this okay or do I need to do one per guest?

We are doing one per couple, and every single person gets one. We have pretty girly bags as well, but for single guys we bought nike drawstring bags. We arent doing lotion or anytihing like that. So, we'll only put one of everything in them, except 2 water bottles, 2 beach mats, and 2 tshirts.
