I feel like a FAT pig!!!

I know the feeling! I'm hitting the gym a few days a week and trying to avoid fatty foods. When I get upset I eat....alot. So I bought 100 calorie munchies for when that happens (things that I love). Also when I want to munch I try to eat fruit or something light. Don't worry to have time

Don't beat yourself up about it! That will only make things worse. Here's what you do:

1. Focus on small changes. Don't worry about the big goal, just think about little things. Like having a piece of fruit instead of a cookie. Or drinking enough water every day (this is a huge help in losing weight!).

2. Set a goal for yourself that will help you get motivated to workout. Sign-up for a 5 or 10K. You don't even have to run it, but it will help get you running or walking to get ready and you'll feel so great afterwards.

3. Write down what you eat. I use mydailyplate.com to track what i eat. It's super easy and as soon as I make myself accountable for what I put in my mouth, I start dropping weight.

4. On a day when you're just hanging around the house, don't put on your sweat pants. I put on my tightest jeans and then I definitely am not going to the fridge to get a snack.

5. Get your FI to workout with you! I go to the gym with my FI on the weekends and it's a nice thing we get to do together, plus we're both healthier b/c of it.

Good luck! And remember, you will look great no matter what you weigh. It's your day to be beautiful.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
