My Negative Review of ROR

I am sorry that your experience was not the best. We did meet your husband-well our bestman invited him to stay with us during stampede if you ever came...don't ask, long story. We had bkft beside your husband on the morning of your wedding as well! I was praying for the rain to stop for you! I did see you on your day and you looked beautiful. I have to aggree with you on the booking policy for the restaurants...they were horrible. A lot of our guests just found that if they went to the restaurant, they would be able to get in because people just don't show up for their reservations. Hopefully you can take the good memories out of your trip and make them really special for you and your husband.

LOL. I have never heard this story before. My husband is just telling me now. I hear your husbands best man met one of our guests. I heard our guest invited himself to stay with you guys. Oh fun times. Those are the parts of the trip I enjoyed.

You looked great and I am sure you helped out a lot of other brides-to- be on the set up. I seriously don't think we were at the same resort ..*lol*. I'm sorry to hear thing went so crappy for you.

Oh girl, I'm so sorry to hear your experience was a negative one I'll have my review up some time this week but it isn't nearly as bad as the one you gave. Not sure what Angela's take was since we were all there the same week but should be interesting to read. Glad you have the other great memories to counter the bad

So sorry to hear about your experience! When my FI and I started looking at different locations for our DW our TA recommended ROR. We knew immediately that we didn't want that resort due to some very similar experiences friends of ours had!

 

ROR is a large resort and it's my opinion that the customer service part is lacking because of that! We've decided to have our wedding at Beaches Negril. This resort is much smaller with a very intimate feel.

 

Congratulations on our wedding either way. It sounds like you all made the best of the situation. Enjoy your new life as husband and wife together. CHEERS!
