You should be able to order the dress with a hollow to hem measurement. So the make it for how tall you are. Usually costs more but it would save possibly expensive alterations. You have to have the shoes you are going to wear so they can do the measurement. If you are going barefoot for the ceremony then it would be a little longer but no big deal probably.

Nurse is right.. I am a bit taller at 5'4-5'5 but they ordered my dress to my height without shoes as I am going barefoot.

Beautiful dress! I am 5', I didn't order my dress hollow hem but ordered the smallest hem possible.

It's a beautiful dress, but I feel pretty sure they won't be able to hem it much at all because of the detail at the hem and because it really has no waist. I hope someone can help you though - it's so lovely!
