My OOT Bags~ the big hits and the things that weren't used

Recommended Posts

@@MissJen3 I found them in the front of the store. There was a whole section of travel goods though (I was in the store in Cinci), and they even had slippers and things like that. I thought they would be there and searched forever before asking someone, they told me where to find them in the front. There were huge bins of them right before the checkout registers (make sense, since theyre "reusable bags").

I showed them that link so they knew which bag I was talking about :)

I know earlier somewhere some brides posted about using

tumblers with water proof labels that were created from a person on etsy.  Does anyone have the link to his etsy store?  Also, what is the biggest hit for a drink container?  I am torn between a travel coffee mug, a tumber with a straw, and a sports like water bottle.  Any feedback would be appreciated :)

I also must say that the personalized pens were a hit too. http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47b8db28b3127ccec44600a5fca500000010O02EbtXDlsyZA9vPgo/cC/f%3D0/ps%3D50/r%3D0/rx%3D550/ry%3D400/

where did you get your bags from?

@@becassidy - thanks so very much for the tip re Ikea for items to use in OOT bags!  Happy planning!

@@ng2015 - I plan to just purchase generic flip flops in men and women size, since they tend to be in a range that covers standard foot sizes (e.g., 6-9 womens; 10-12 mens).

@@ng2015 - yup. I plan on putting mine in the OOT bags and handing those out (bags) at the welcome reception and will just pay the resort to deliver them for those that I have left over (e.g., late arriving guests).   Thanks for the tip on wedding chicks sale!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
