Not to mention I'm going to have to put in extra hours at the office to prepare for the 2 weeks I'll be out. Oh and write my vows...I still don't know what I'm going to say! I guess I'll figure it out as I go. :)

Melissa - I too had a couple people that I really wanted at my bach party, but it didn't work out with some girls' schedules. We still had a blast and I'm sure you will too! It's hard b/c we're all so caught up in our wedding plans that sometimes I forget that everyone else has a life going on too.
I found this really great book last week, "The knot guide to wedding vows and traditions" It's so good that I have my little post-its sticking out of everyother page :)

I can't believe everyone has already had their bachelorete parties!!! My girls are just now starting to plan mine. I'm gonna be a sexy vampire bride... bc my party is on Halloween!!!! I am so excited. We are gonna all dress up alike, pink and black theme of course. I can't wait!!!

And for everyone who is hurtin' for love from friends and what not... isn't it weird how the friends you thought were just so-so are always the ones that you can count on. It's always the ones that you expect a lot from that end up letting you down. I guess that's what we get for having expectations... no matter how high or low.

Soooo happy to see Cuji is home! So did they arrest the people they siezed her from? I can only imagine how confused and scared she is. Being safe and around her mommy and daddy should bring her back to her old self soon. Let us know how the appointment goes!

Erika, sorry to hear about the best man woes. How frustrating!

Sandshara, my bachelorette party is just being planned to, so your not the only one :) Yours sounds fun! Halloween Ill be at my wedding location. WOOOHOO!

Hey ladies Vet appt isn't until 4. I'll let you know how it goes. No info ab the perpetrators yet.

I am almost done my favors. I did some research and found the Sanddollar story which tells about Jesus Christ's birth and resurrection. I didn't even know ab it. So it goes great with making sanddollars Christmas ornaments. So I printed out the story and an explanation to remember the Christmas story and our wedding adventure each Christmas season when hanging the ornament on your Christmas tree. I am cutting those now to add to the favor boxes.

I am also gonna cut my Avon sale flyers that will go in the OOT bags along with an Avon book and lots of samples. I am also giving out Avon gift set for ppl who win games such as picture scavenger hunts and our crossword puzzles.

I am also going to attach the reception scavenger hunt cards I made to the cameras today. Then I have to go to Michaels to get some ribbon for my gift boxes then I will be done all my projects for the week.

    • we ended up using Facebook messenger when we were in Mexico - the hotel had free wifi and at least 1 person from each family/couple had FB on their phone already - it was pretty easy to communicate among guests "hey, we're heading to the beach bbq for lunch." or "everyone is hanging at the small pool today".  a plus was that some people tried to get a hold of me via FB on the day of the wedding and I was totally not checking my phone - they were asking if the wedding was outside given the rain forecast, thankful my mom, MOH and a few other friends were on the group and could respond for me :)

    • Hi Everyone, So, I was cleaning out my closet and realized that I never sold off my extra wedding OOT bag stuff from our wonderful DW.   46 Daily Spanish for Dummies 30 Pool colored OOT fabric bags - approximately 13in x 13in. They lay flat.  I used them for our wedding and they were perfect for everything we needed to fit in each bag. There’s a slight shade variation in the group; I’m guessing some were cut from a different bolt of fabric.  They are also a little wrinkled from storage and will probably be wrinkled from shipping. I have three additional ones, but they somehow got something on them (likely toddler related). If needed, I can try to wash it out and send those as well.
    • I’m getting married in six months to my foreign girlfriend. I was advised by a friend that one of the things I need to do before saying I do is to get a prenuptial agreement. Basically it’s supposed to protect my assets and properties in case my relationship with my future wife goes down the drain. I don’t know though if this is an acceptable practice when marrying Kiev ladies. I don’t want to do it if it would be insulting on her end. I need advice on this. Please help me.
