Melissa I'm glad u arrived safely. And its good to hear that the place is more beautiful than expected.

 

Today is Vikki's wedding right? Congrats Vikk!!!!

 

Just to let you all know I won't be able to get on BDW after Friday. I can use the comp in the hotel but it cost way too much to use internet on the ship.

 

Can I jut say that I am so laid back today. Suprisingly enuf most things are going as planned. And my overorganizing has paid off. I'm just ab done packing. All I have left is hair mani pedi take Cuji to boarding and get on the plane yay!!! (have you all had ur eyebrows threaded? My gma loves it but says it hurt I may get that instead of waxing this time also I may try fake eyelashes lol). We leave Fri morning but my last day at work is Wed. Oh also FI finally got his ring but now wants a different one so we'll be at Jared one day this week trying to change out his ring. That ab it thou.

I'm hoping this works... Since I don't have any of the photo sharing sites at work (all are blocked), I'm posting my dress pictures via a pdf file. Let me know if it works, I'm kind of cheating, I guess! Hope I don't get in trouble!

 

That is not the hairstyle I will wear, btw, just needed to put it back to fit the hairpeice in. :)

 

The opposite side of the hair peice has just one butterfly instead of two. I love love love it.

I'm getting excited to leave. I've started to pack some of my stuff - amazing how much I have amassed in the last few months :)

 

The bridal shop called me yesterday to change my fitting again. So frustrating, it's 5 hours away from where I live. Now I have had to rearrange all my appointments. On the plus side, they promised to get everything done by Saturday morning so I don't have to come back the following weekend.

 

I've also had a last minute guest addition, so I'm off to rearrange some seating charts.

Where did the time go? I leave on Sunday!!! OMG!!! There are so many things to do. I'm planning on taking a couple of days to finish up some things. I haven't posted my planning thread yet but I will do that when I get back.

 

BTW, do you guys think it's tacky if I don't have a garter toss?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
