Yes I bought centerpieces from a BDW Bride, and the flowers were fake from Canada. The free package does come with flowers but not centerpieces

      Thanks.

Does anyone have the photographer pricing/packages for the onsite photographer...I keep hearing great things about Micheal.

Hi Albertabride, When you say you didn't have to pay for the trips because you had so many people, what exactly do you mean by that? Who did you book through?

If you have over a certain amount of ppl you get the brides trip for free then over another amount the groom trip free too. We booked through Sunquest with my aunt who is a travel agent in Ontario. I'm not sure how many people you need, but we have 80 ppl attend

Wow that's interesting! From Calgary for 1 week was $2367 and 2 weeks was $3512. We booked through itravel 2000 but sunquest is the provider and nothing has been mentioned to us. We have 70 booked. We might have to dig into that a little further or do you think your aunt just pulled some strings with her connections?

Sloan - we only have about 16 people coming so we want to keep it really simple as well. We will just do dinner at the restaurant as well, maybe a simple bar thing after dinner. Are you doing anything like after dinner or are you just going to go out around the resort?

When you bring your own flower, centerpieces, decorations, etc., do you mail everything to the resort/wedding coordinator beforehand or do you have to travel with all that stuff?

Were getting married at Beaches Negril and have the free wedding package also. We might upgrade on a few things, but were still not sure. Were only leaving in January 2010 so we still have a lot of time to figure those details out. But it's great reading all of the other posts to give me an idea on what additional costs are out there! We will have approx. 20-30 people travelling with us. Our TA told us about the free travel if you booked a certain number of rooms, but when we got our prices back we realized that it was cheaper when you booked with Air Canada.

Good luck with all of your planning.

Albertabride, do you still have the 2008 price list just as a reference? We are looking into RMB for May 2010 and I just wanted to know the options. My email is nwante@hotmail.com

                      Thanks so much!!
