I just wanted to give everyone my number one tip for staying in shape and losing that extra weight before the big day, and no it's not a crazy diet.
It's called bootcamp and many gyms and groups offer this class. Bootcamp is kind of like circuit training and uses cardio exercises along with weights to give you maximum results. It's not all about cardio, trust me you need the weights in your workout regardless of your size. I have been doing bootcamp for about 6 months now but i've seen newbie's come in and i've literally watched them shed quite a bit of weight week by week. It's amazing!!!!
Check out your local gyms and talk with trainers etc. about getting involved in a bootcamp class! You won't regret it!!!!
