Sorry for the delayed response! It's Jantzen, just plain black...nice and simple. I think the girl at the store here said they had it in white but they didn't have any in stock. I also ordered one from VS but it doesn't support me very well so I'm planning on returning it - I don't think that the VS ones are made to support the more busty girls!

I have the same concern! I am planning to start using the tanning bed (bad, I know!) so I have a base, but our wedding is 6 days after we arrive and by then I will most likely have tan lines from my bathing suit! I think I'll take some self-tanner just in case....thanks for the tips!

All great ideas. I am going to be down there 7 days before the wedding. I also have the same busty issues and CANNOT find a suit that holds me up that doesn't have thick straps. I plan on taking the straps off when I am laying around and wearing a lot of sunscreen

When we were in the Dominican people were just walking around topless!! "Cringe" Altough pransing around topless isn't an option for most of us I think that the best solution is to wear lots of sunscreen and to bring along some self tanner just in case!! Nothing worse than looking at wedding pictures and all you can see is the brides tanlines!! Thank you for posting this thread... Great suggestions.

Maybe try tan towels? They come in these little packages, and I am thinking that if you buy, say 10 or so, and then rub them on nightly where the tanlines are, it should help... I would do this along with trying to wear strapless suits... There are sone suits that have a detachable halter or strap, these seem like they will be a good idea as well... I have to do this too!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
