Def go for it! I take a pole dancing class 1x a week and I LOVE it - but ya you will def get sore and bruised but its totally worth it. Ive heard great things about S factor

It's so much fun! I would definitely recommend a pole dancing bachelorette party! I went to one last year and its the most fun I've had at a bachelorette party.
