which wedding band should I get?

Recommended Posts

I LOVE #1, #2 is my 2nd fave, and #3 is my least, just because the diamonds are smaller :)

Well, not that the diamonds are small, cause i have a zillion tiny diamonds on mine, but that the prongs are too big. does that make sense?

I actually picked #1 because I love the look of the actual band - a bit more antique and shiny :)

I actually bought my band today and it's a lot like #1 except it doesn't have the side diamonds. I helped try on a few that did but honestly it just didn't seem necessary - you couldn't see them at all when the band was on.

I know that happens to a certain extent with all WBs and ERs, but the diamonds on the side might exaggerate the prob. Have you thought about solding your ER and WB together? Don't know if you could do that with #1. I still really like #1...but #3 would be my second choice...and probably the better, more practical choice. Still has some of that vintage feel. Let us know what you decide!
#1 is my favorite too, I really like the vintage look too. I had thought about soldering them together but if I got this one, I wouldn't be able to which would be okay.

the small diamonds are such a PITA to keep clean...i now wish i just had a simple band...if i had an infinite band i would be soo annoyed.

just my 2 cetns
I think all of these are 1/2 way around, at least thats what I hope because I've heard the same thing with resizing of eternity bands. Does yours go half way around? I know my ering is so dirty right now I need to get it cleaned!

I love #1 too, I just can't figure out if its the most practical. I do know what you're saying about the prongs being too big on #3, I like that it has the milgrain edge to give it that antique look, but I wish the diamonds were more the pave setting of the first one. I might have to do a little more research to see if I can find one like that on another site.

I keep thinking this too, that you won't even be able to see the side diamonds, maybe if I wasn't going to wear my ering.

I asked steve last night which one he liked and he didn't like #1, he thought #3 was best.

If I could just find one that was a combination of #1 & #3 I would be really happy. And then I go back to liking the clean lines look of #2 as well, hahaha!

I vote for #1, but I think I'm partial because my ER and WB look very similar, but with princess cut stones on the top.

but, I've also worried about the side stones and if you wear the band with your ER,. you won't even see the side stones too much.

my second choice is #3....I love the millgraining!

I like them all! But I would go with #2. My e ring is a semi solitaire (it has two sapphires set under the diamond so you can't see them from the top so it looks like a solitaire) with a plain band as well and I tried on some wedding bands with detailing like #3, and it kind of looked out of place next to my e ring.

I choose #2. I really like #3, but reading the description of your e-ring, I don't think that much detailing will look good with such a simple ring next to it. So for me, #1 is completely out of the question.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
