WW for 2010 Brides!!

    Ha! That is what I will be talking about in my WW meeting today! Trying to figure out when you are satisfied from eating and not stuffed is hard. And then not eating for your emotions is really hard. Those are two things I still struggle with. I know that when I am trying to stop eating before I overeat I always stop after when I feel I had the correct serving/servings of food and wait 30 minutes. If I am still hungry I go for more, but usually I’m not.

     

    Great job with sticking with the program!

      yeah, and the trouble is food just tastes so NICE!

       

      i did ok yesterday, although i ended up eating my dinner about 1am when i got in from work, i wasn´t that hungry, but i always eat after work...... hmmmm maybe there is a pattern emerging here.... anyway, i stayed within my points for the day, but i was truly pissed off with myself.

      hopefully i´ve taught myself a little lesson tho.

        I hope everyone is doing great on the plan! Yes food is delicious... I LOVE IT...lol but I've managed to limit myself and I've lost 20lbs!!!! it's only been 2 months so I'm excited about that... now that I've seen the weight come off I'm not sure if i wanna stick to my original goal

          That´s awesome, well done!

          I was doing ok til we went out last night with OH´s family for their last night in Spain. Thought i´d have steak and salad, no starter, no dessert.... that worked about 2 min until they brought out a huge basket of bread and alioli. bye bye wilpower!  then i ended up having jam tart with icecream for pudding. ah but it was so nice....

          back to the grindstone for me today!

            So how is everyone doing? I am doing pretty good. I had a better week last week since I lost 2 lbs in one week (a big loss for me). This week I have just been so HUNGRY! Grrrr. I had used a good amount of WPs so far this week and I am already out of my daily points today. Working out is good, but of course could be better. My legs have been tired lately and refuse to move sometimes.

             

            So anyone worried about the weekend? I have 2 BBQ's to go to so I am scared!

            I have my next dress fitting next Friday so I have to have my dress fit and I leave for our wedding in 46 days!!

              I completely fell off the wagon....please help motivate me....I have been very stressed....and therefore eating eating eating...I even had the forrbidden fat buger (McDonald's).

                Well I did great at my first BBQ and horrible at the 2nd one. You definitely can't think of anything as forbidden. It is like daring yourself to eat it.

                 

                I think the wedding is a great motivation. You have 6 months and change, I would think about how much progress you could make. Maybe even map out how much weight you could lose from now till then if you lose about 1 to 2lbs a week. I did that and seeing what I could weigh at my wedding was really motivating! I just wish I did it when I had 6 months left and not 3.

                  You are right... I had only 7lbs  more to go since I started this process in March.  I still have time and there are going to be ups and downs.  Thanks hat0012.

                    HI everyone! So how is everyone doing? I have 31 days until I have to fit into my wedding dress! As of right now it barely zippers up and I have a major muffin top. I need to lose at least 3 - 4 pounds by then, but the more the better. I absolutely can do it as long as I stick to the program and workout. But I was wondering......

                     

                    What are some of your favorite meals on the program?

                    What are some of your tricks you like to use to stick to your daily points and not be hungry?

                    Any other tips you ladies do on WW to be successful?

                      I'm a 2011 bride sneaking in here...I would like to lose the weight by my wedding in June 2011 but need to order the dress in a few months! Anyone else doing the online version? I did the meetings for a few months, lost weight but felt that I was able to do it on my own and without having to spend the $$ each week. Boy that was a mistake.

                      So here I am, desperate to lose 30lbs by April time next year!!
