OH, well a week isn't long. I though it was several weeks that your weight didn't move. I would just make sure you eat your daily points. If you don't, you can put your body in starvation mode and your body will stop losing weight. It will hold on to anything you eat since your body isn't getting enough food.

Good luck!

I joined online yesterday after reading the posts here. I've dieted before, but haven't done a real diet like this in a long time and it's very daunting! I went over my points for the day, but I ate so healthfully that is just seems strange. I worked out and earned some points back, but it's all still very confusing to me. I'm sure I will be exercising more to be able to eat more, which is a good thing, but not always the easiest thing to fit into my day. Let's see how I do today.

So how is everyone doing on the program?

I have been doing great this past month. I am proud of myself for really sticking with it and working out a lot. Unfortunately the scale hasn’t been so kind. I only lost a net of 1 lb. I am going to stick with it and hope that soon my weight finally starts to move. I know it will, but it is frustrating right now. I wish I took my measurements like I wanted to a month or so ago, but never did. I will try and remember to do it this weekend in case the scale still doesn’t move.

  • 2 weeks later...

I will have been on the program for 3 weeks tomorrow. I'm doing it online and not sure I'm doing it exactly right, but I've lost 4 pounds! I think the thing that's making this work for me is having to think before I just throw something in my mouth.

Before I started the program, I was exercising and eating somewhat better and had lost about 11 pounds since March, which is great since I gained 20 pounds when I started dating my fiance from eating wings and burgers and fries a few times a week. Now i'm almost back to my normal weight and then I can just lose some more before the wedding to look great in my bathing suit and my wedding dress/photos.

So far I'm pleased with WW. Good luck ladies!

Hi ladies! How is everyone doing on the program?

Welcome jkgirl83, sarahrose, & janapana! How has the program been treating you? I think it is a great idea to try and lose the weight as soon as possible. I wish I did…. Well I did, but I gained some of it back. My FI and I bought a house and fixed up and sold another this year and it really took a toll on my weight. Unfortunately I didnâ€t kick things into gear soon enough and now I wonâ€t be the weight I wanted to be.

My weight has been staying the same or going up these past few weeks. I am great during the week with eating and earning my APs but the past 2 weekends I had some type of function and my weight is suffering. It is really upsetting since I just went for my first dress fitting last week and the dress didnâ€t zipper up all the way (it didnâ€t when I bought it). I know have 3 weeks to lose weight and fit into my dress or the seamstress will have to take the dress out.

Hey everyone,

So far so good with WW.  I also have the same problem with knowing if I am actually hungry...AND I have a hard time knowing when I am full.  WW is great for at least making me aware of what I am eating.  Down 6 pounds so far...and am starting to pick up the exercise now so that should help as well.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
