Overview: It should be noted that this is not a standalone hotel but rather a brand new extension of Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa. The Italian Village is a $125 million expansion. The Italian Village features 162 family suites, bringing the total rooms at the resort to 615. The resort will also debut a series of teen programming including a new aqua-themed nightclub, called Liquid; DJ-training sessions at Scratch DJ Academy; a teen-only resort lounge called Trench Town; as well as tailored spa treatments at Beaches Resorts’ exclusive Red LaneSpa.

 

Best Room(s): The top two suites at the Italian Village are the Turin Water’s Edge Walkout Two Bedroom Imperial Family Suite and the Portofino Penthouse Water’s Edge Two Bedroom Imperial Family Suite. These two-bedroom suites also feature separate living room and dining room areas, with additional sleeping options to accommodate larger groups and family gatherings. Both top category suites feature ocean views, close distance to the beach and Beaches Resorts’ exclusive Butler Service.

 

Who to Sell it to: This property is great for groups,destination weddings gatherings, reunions, multi-generational travel, parents traveling with toddlers and teens.

I would also love to hear from someone about Beaches Turks & Caicos. We were originally considering Beaches Boscobel, but didn't want our guests (or ourselves!) to have to sit in a van for 2 hours traveling from the airport in Jamaica.

danielle- did you sign up for SSG ? You'll save quite a bit (depending on what you booked when you travelled before!) and there was a promo where SSG members saved even more-not sure if that is still valid though!

 

The resort is amazing- if you can swing it at all I highly recommend going!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
