Just curious to see what everyone is drinking this year. We always have a drink of choice, last year it was pomegranite and appletinis. This year it is sangria, just cut up all the fruit and it is soaking in the fridge, yummy, I can't wait to drink it!

I L... O... V... E... LOVE Champange and there are only 2 times a year when it is readily available Weddings and NYE.

Shelley- I also love sangria, i just recently went to a jewlery party and they served a white wine sangria that was so tasty. I am thinking of doing it for 11:30 am baby shower.

a friend of mine makes it like this and this is what I am doing, I love it!

Sangria wine... by Linganore. Buy some fruit, apples, oranges, grapes.
Cut up fruit, put in pitcher. Pour wine over the fruit and chill in fridge. When you go to serve it, pour over ice- not all the way to the top, leave room to pour a bit of ginger ale over top-stir and drink!! A friend of mine, puts like a shot of vanilla vodka in the glass, and then the sangria and ginger ale.... THAT IS GooooOOOD!

When I read the title I was going to say if I could choose anything it would be Sangria, lol. But, since I can only have a drink or 2 max, and Curt does not drink, I will sadly not be having Sangria.

I think I will bust out the Champagne Curt got me when Ella was born. Or I will have a Corona or 2.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
