No way!!! well, by brother did tell me I needed to loose weight if I wanted to come out in his wedding! I went on herbalife and popped pills all day, but I lost it! (i am being very sarcastic).

I would never do this, well maybe the "pregnancy" part, haha. But I would ask that they please not be ready to deliver within 4 weeks of my wedding so plan accordingly, haha! (side note, my SIL says that she only has summer babies so my wedding is throwing her off!)

That is so funny! I recently saw an episode of Bridezillas where the bride had regular weigh-ins for her bm's and at a rehearsal dinner she made them plates with teeny tiny portions, then locked up the leftovers in the fridge with a chain & padlock so they couldn't eat more - and she was serious! Some people are nuts!! That was a good laugh though, thanks.

Jamy- I saw that episode too! FI and I watched that every Sunday night because it was so funny to see how freaked out the brides got. But you know what---- I kind of understand them now that we're seeing people's reactions to a DW and after reading the posts on here. I bet those brides had the same issues we've all commented on---- horror BM/GM stories, bad family member reactions, etc...--- and the "Bridezilla" came out at the end from the stress of dealing with everyone else!

Wonder what happened to that show? That, and Platinum Weddings? We were totally hooked on both of them!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
