I was able to contact my wedding coordinator at the suites about our dinner menu items. I felt that it was a bit to adventurous for some people to eat so I asked if we could have 4 plates prepared: beef tenderloin, grilled chicken, red snapper and a vegetable lasagna. I asked if everyone could get a salad and a soup and she said the chef would be able to do that! So just contact your wedding coordinator with exact items you want using the menu list provided!
