Island bride, I only added hair flowers, boutineer for dad and coursage for mom and the steel drum band. It was beautiful without all the extras, I took fabric for the huppa and chair ties.

if she stays the night then no vendor fee at all, she and her assistant are guests on the property. She didn't mention the room in her quote; it only came up after we arrived in Jamaica (I kinda freaked out since it was not discussed before hand and she paid for the room).
if you have any questions about covering the room charge, just ask her.
We did out TTD around 9 (I believe, it was a few months ago) and just did it onsite. We probably could have gone other locations but I didn't want to push since she paid for her room. It only took 1-1.5 hours, still had most of the day free.
