It took Tai Flora about a month to orginally answer me. They provided me with quotes for all the pictures I sent them. Then I sent a follow up email confirming which things I wanted to go with (this was about 3 weeks ago) and havent heard back yet.

Just save all your emails, print them, and bring them with you so your gaurantee to get what your quoted when you arrive!

Dont worry, Im in the same boat. My wedding is exactly 2 months away and I havent heard from Nicole in 3 weeks. I wanted to know if we can change one of the meal opts on the menu as we are mostly all vegetarians and no response. I also still need to book my entertainment with her - im scared that its gonna be taken if I dont book it soon!

I agree with you. They don't seem very organized, I'm not paying to arrive in Jamaica and not know what's going on and have to plan everything in 2 days.

That's crazy you haven't heard anything and your wedding is in 3 weeks! Did you get a hold of the florist without talking to Nicole? I wasn't sure if I had to do that on my own or if the WC would send me info. Obviously everything will be amazing and gorgeous, everyone's wedding pictures from the resort always make it look incredible! It just sucks we're left in the dark so much beforehand. I like things to be organized.

I sent them an email on Mon too. I'm awaiting a reply.

Maybe minimal decoration items, but I want them to decorate. If I could only hear from them. OOT bags is enough luggage. I will love to hear how many emails it took to hear from them.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
