All I can say is DON'T WORRY .... I got married at The Beach resort and Tameica was awesome - yes she is a little overwhlemed but my husband and I were making requests and changes to our plans up until the day of the wedding and she pretty much did everything we asked and more!
As for the centrepieces ... I got centerpieces pretty similar to the ones in the photo (orchids in water with a floating candle - the vase was larger than the one shown) and i was charged a total of $35 (including tax) for the whole thing (vase, flowers, candle) .... you of course don't get to keep any of them - its just a rental. They were beautiful and worth it - I was not going to trust transporting anything there myself!
Like I said I will hopefully be able to write a full review shortly!

We'll be getting married on the beach since we're expecting a bigger group.

Oh Thats Awesome!! We arrive on the 28th, we hope to get a little sun before the big day! Where are you hosting your ceremony and Reception? I was looking at the pics online and can"t decide on the Cajun restaurant or Uncle Tony's... The pics of Uncle tony's looks like it would need tons of decorations to play up the space... I would love to know what you think and decided
Congrats to you!!!

If you live in the states..try using save-on-crafts.com they have tones of Preserved orchids and flowers that look identical to real...the don"t ship to canada Also they are really reasonable and have tons of candles and decorations too..

But then I got the thinking, it sounds good to bring down the vases, but what happens when the wedding's over? We won't have any use for them then. So if Tai Flora can provide them, might as well use them.

I did check out the site and I've added it to my favorites. Luckily I do live in the states, so I'll be racking up on stuff definitely!

Did you see my review Vaneska? There are some photos of my reception there. I originally wanted to have my reception on the patio of UTs, which I think would be beautiful! I had to move inside due to rain. Turqouise was one of my wedding colours so it really worked for me, but I didn't much like the open kitchen area. Its not ugly inside or anything though.
Its not a ballroom, its a beachside restaurant - you can't beat the beauty of dining by the beach if you ask me!

You can use whatever florist you want. I used boulevard florist. Review of them to come!
